-All payments and deposits are non-refundable, except in the event that an artwork is damaged, lost, or stolen while in our care.
-For online exhibitions, artworks are shipped directly from the participating artist. As our artists are located around the world, shipping costs, carriers and processing times may vary.
-All shipments are sent via registered or priority mail with tracking and generally require a signature upon delivery.
-Shipping fees include both postage and handling.

Payment plans are customized based on the artwork and the collector's preferences whenever possible.

Shipping and handling costs will be calculated at the time of reservation. These costs may either be included with the final installment or divided across the payment schedule.

Shipping costs are not charged at checkout. Once your purchase is complete, we will carefully package your artwork and calculate the exact shipping cost based on the destination, package dimensions, and final weight. A separate invoice for shipping will then be sent before dispatch.
